These Terms govern your use of Khayati. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Khayati.
1. Service description
Khayati provides a multi-tenant software service that helps tailoring shops manage their orders, garments, customers and measurements, fabrics, suppliers, billing, invoices, and reports.
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
2. Eligibility
Khayati is provided to licensed businesses operating in the United Arab Emirates and other markets we may support.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your shop to these Terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the actions of staff you invite.
Notify us at alyousefi715@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscription & billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the agreed period.
Free trials, when offered, automatically end on the stated date. We do not auto-charge after a trial without explicit consent.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may suspend access for non-payment after a short grace period, during which we will attempt to contact you.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use Khayati to break the law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, or store illegal content.
You will not attempt to access another shop's data, reverse-engineer the service, or scrape it at scale.
Excessive load that degrades the service for others may result in rate-limiting or account review.
6. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you upload or generate (“Your Data”).
You grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload Your Data, including any personal data of your customers, and for complying with applicable privacy laws when you do so.
7. Notifications to your customers
Where Khayati lets you send messages to your customers (for example, order-ready notifications), you do so as the controller of those communications.
You confirm you have a lawful basis (consent, contract, or legitimate interest) to message them.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability, excluding planned maintenance and events outside our control.
Scheduled maintenance will be announced inside the dashboard in advance when possible.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
Upon termination we will return or delete Your Data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
10. Disclaimers
Khayati is provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or data.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless required otherwise by mandatory law.
